The Transfer Center is located in the lobby of MGH 141 and can accommodate up to 16 people. It has movable doors and furniture. It can be reserved by UAA and OMA&D for any programming (priority given to programming and meetings related to transfer students). The space can also be reserved by campus partners specifically for transfer student related programming. Please do not book recurring meetings in the space unless they are specifically related to transfer.

Reserving the Transfer Center

The transfer center will use the calendar for trengage@uw.edu to reserve and track space. To request a reservation: 

• Using the directory in Outlook, open the trengage@uw.edu calendar to see if the space is available.
• If it is available, send a meeting invite to trengage@uw.edu
• The trengage@uw.edu email will accept your reservation request as soon as possible
• Once the reservation is accepted, trengage will send you more information about space use instructions, policies, and procedures
