Hi everyone, I'm Jeannie (she/they)! I'm majoring in Education Studies, and transferring to UW has been such an amazing and fun journey for me. It's natural to worry about the transition and the changes in the environment, but I encourage you to explore campus, reach out to peers and instructors, and know that you belong at UW!

One size never fits all, and that applies to being students. Being a transfer can feel a little scary at times, but you will find your people and place at UW! There will always be resources here to support you through each step too, don't feel afraid to reach out.

I love studying in the Suzzallo library's Starbucks recently! The Commuter and Transfer Commons in the HUB is also a great place to hang out.
