The University of Washington is excited to build upon the success of Seattle Promise by connecting students in Seattle Colleges to baccalaureate degree opportunities at the UW.
The goal of The Path to UW program is to provide support, planning resources, community, and academic preparation experiences to Seattle Promise students on their journey from high school, through their Associate's Degree, and to the University of Washington.
All students participating in the Seattle Promise program.
The Autumn 2024 Application opens on December 15 and stays open through February 15. For those interested in applying, please make sure to review the transfer admissions page for application deadlines and information. You should also be reviewing your major admissions requirements to learn more about if you need to be preparing to submit a major specific application too in addition to the general transfer application.

The FAFSA/WASFA priority filing date for UW Seattle has been extended to February 28, 2024 due to changes to the FAFSA application for 2024-25. For more details, please see this announcement. For anyone hoping for FAFSA or WAFSA aid consideration for the 2024-2025 academic year, make sure to fill out the FAFSA/WAFSA form and submit it with UW Seattle and any other UW campuses or schools listed on it by Feburary 28th for highest priority aid consideration. Please note that each school you are interested in may have a different priority filing date for the FAFSA/WAFSA. Make sure to check each school you are applying to's priority aid deadlines on their financial aid websites.
